How to report on Lost Bookings

Using the Lost Booking report will allow you to:

  • Report on inquiries that did not convert

  • Analyze my lost business

  • See all my prospects that didn't book


How to use the Lost Bookings Report

  1. Select Report

  2. Next to Booking List, click on Saved Reports

  3. Click on Use next to Bookings by Lost Reason

  4. Change Columns and Filters if needed

  5. Export report if required


Important Considerations

  • Use this report to check for Bookings that have not been given a lost reason

  • The report will enable you to identify commonalities and patterns pertaining to Lost bookings.
