Where Can I Update a User's Job Title?

🪜 Steps to Update a User’s Job Title

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Users.

  2. Find the user you want to edit.

  3. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to their name.

  4. In the Edit User panel, under the Profile section, click Edit.

  5. Update the Job Title field.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Only users with Admin permissions can edit other users’ profiles.

  • Changing a job title here updates it across the platform — including in email signatures, documents, and contact listings.

  • The change takes effect immediately for that user’s account.
