Procedure:
Chain Document Templates are visible for all Organizations across the Chain and all Organizations can use them on Bookings.
You must be a Chain Administrator to add or modify a Document Template to be shared across the Chain.
How to share an existing Document Template across a Chain.
Ensure you are logged into the Organization with the Template you would like to adjust
Click Settings and then Templates & Files
Click Document Templates
Find the desired template & Click Edit
Click the Organization in blue next to Permissions
Select Chain from the Permission Level dropdown box
Make any required changes to the template (if applicable) and Save
Additional Information
From the Chain Dashboard you can Add New Document Template. Any added from the Chain Dashboard are automatically shared across the Chain.
