Event Temple is not an email provider, and does not send email on behalf of customers. You do not need to make any changes to SPF, DKIM, or DMARC domain records.
The provider (Nylas) that we use to integrate with email systems directly connects to send email, and not on behalf of them. Please find more info here from the provider we use for sending emails here.
