Event Temple does not have a dedicated Rooming List feature. Group booking details are usually confirmed directly from your Property Management System (PMS).
However, you can still manage rooming list information using the following methods:
Add Notes or Attachments:
When creating a Group with Rate & Room Blocks, you can attach a rooming list file or add the details as a Note.
Use Document Templates:
Create a Document Template for your customers to fill out and submit.
Collect rooming list information using these Document Elements:
Input Text (Single) – for single-line info (e.g., guest name)
Input Text (Multi) – for multi-line info (e.g., special requests)
Picklist – for selecting options (e.g., room type)
Checklist – for multiple selections (e.g., amenities needed)
Signature – for customers to formally sign and confirm the document
Example:
Use Input Text (Single) for guest names.
Use Picklist or Checklist for preferences and amenities.
Add a Signature Element at the end so customers can officially confirm the rooming list before submitting.
Please Note:
When customers enter information into an Event Temple document (including signatures) and submit it, this information will not automatically appear anywhere else in Event Temple. You will still need to manually enter it into the appropriate spots if applicable.
