Multilingual Documents ensure users see content in their preferred language without duplicating templates. Instead of maintaining separate versions, you manage all translations in one place.
The system will automatically:
Serve the correct language based on user or document selection
Apply language-specific formatting (e.g., dates, labels)
Fall back to English when translations are missing
Enable Multilingual Documents
Go to Settings → Organization
Open Experimental Features
Enable Multilingual Documents
Set a Secondary Language
Go to Settings → Organization → General
Select a Secondary Language
Choose from available options (e.g., French, Spanish, German)
Only one secondary language can be active at a time.
Manage Translations

Packages

Templates
Use AI translation where available, and manually adjust as needed

Select the target language for the template
Enter all content in that language
Ensure all dynamic fields map to translated values
This ensures documents generate correctly in the chosen language.
Generate Documents in Different Languages
When creating a document:
Select the language (based on client preference)
Event Temple will pull:
Translated fields
Localized labels
Correct formatting
Language-Specific Formatting
Event Temple automatically adjusts:

System text formatting
based on the selected language to ensure localized, professional output.
Preview & Validation
Always:
Preview documents before sending
Check for untranslated fallback text (English default)
Verify formatting and dynamic fields

If a translation is missing:
The system defaults to English
Ensure all key fields are fully translated to avoid inconsistencies
