The GRC (Calendars>GRC) can show you the total number of Blocked and/or Pickup Rooms as broken down by date.
You can adjust the filters at the top of the page by clicking the ones you want to adjust. When scrolling through date ranges, Group Name and Arrival Date columns stay pinned to the left side of your screen, making it easier to track which group's data you're viewing.
You can choose:
The period you'd like to view (Occupancy Date)
Blocked AND/OR Pickup rooms (Room Revenue and Source)
Lead/Tentative or Definite status (Group Status)
Tip: The pinned columns are especially helpful when:
Viewing long date ranges (up to 12 months)
Comparing blocked vs. pickup rooms across multiple groups
Exporting reports (HTML/PDF) for analysis
Please note if you would like to include the Average Daily Rate (ADR), ensure the appropriate checkbox is selected.
