The Booking List Report does not have Filters or Columns for Revenue Categories. However, if you export the Report to HTML or PDF you will have the option to include a Summary which will include a revenue breakdown at the bottom of the Report divided into separate Revenue Categories.
If you would like to run a report that does have Filters/Columns for Revenue Category you can use the Event List Report or the Menu Item List Report.
