Can I Change Package Attendance?

Update Expected and Guaranteed attendee numbers in a booking under the Packages tab. Changes automatically update package totals, billing, reporting, and BEOs.

You can update attendee counts for a Package directly within a booking.


Steps to Edit Attendance

  1. Go to Bookings

  2. Open the relevant booking

  3. Select the Packages tab

  4. Click the arrow next to the package → Edit

  5. Select Edit Attendance

  6. Update Expected and/or Guaranteed

  7. Click Save


What the Numbers Mean

Expected: Estimated guest count for planning
Guaranteed: Confirmed guest count used for billing


Additional Notes

  • Updates automatically adjust Package totals

  • Changes apply across linked events unless edited individually


Summary

Attendance is managed at the booking level and directly impacts pricing and reporting.
