Yes, when Activating a Workflow in a Booking, the Tasks will be automatically assigned to the Assignee of the Booking.
If you change the Assignee of the Booking, you will be asked if you want to transfer over the running Tasks to the new Assignee.
If you do not select this, newly created Tasks from the Workflow will be assigned to the new Assignee but previously created Tasks will remain associated with the original Assignee.
