Can Users Connect Different Emails to Different Organizations in Event Temple?

Users can connect only one email across all Organizations in a Chain. Admins can choose the sender in the “From Field” for Organization-specific emails.

A User can only connect one external email across all Organizations in a Chain. If you update your connected email, it automatically updates in every Organization you have access to.

For example, if Organization 1 has fake@email.com connected, you cannot connect a different email in Organization 2—Org 2 will automatically use fake@email.com.

Admin Users can select who the email is sent “From” when sending emails, which is helpful if the email should appear Organization-specific. This is done by clicking the From Field in the outgoing email.
