Some Countries have separate tax & registration numbers & these need to be recorded when invoicing. We have added an additional field to Accounts "Registration Number". This can be added when creating or editing an Account.
The Registration Number appears on any Invoices the Account is associated with. If no Registration number has been entered, this section will not appear

Similar to other fields in an Invoices, you can re-name the Heading within Invoice Settings:
