Account List Report

The Accounts Report allows you to view and manage a list of all Accounts within your Organization. From this page, you can filter, sort, save custom views, and export your Account data — giving you full visibility over your customer database.

Accessing the Accounts Report

  1. From the left-hand navigation panel, click Reports.

  2. Select Accounts from the list of available reports.

  3. You’ll be taken to the Accounts Report page.


Generating the Report

The report automatically displays all active Accounts across your Organization.
Use the available filters and sorting options to narrow down or organize your results:

  • Add Filter: Apply filters such as Account Type, Market Segment, or Account Owner to focus on specific data sets.

  • Sort: Sort by any column (for example, Account Name, Created Date, or Owner) to reorder the list based on your preferred criteria.

  • Columns: Click the Columns icon to show or hide specific data points from your report view.


Saving a Custom View

Once you’ve applied your preferred filters and column selections:

  1. Click Save View.

  2. Enter a descriptive name for your saved view (e.g., “Corporate Accounts by Market Segment”).

  3. Your custom view will now appear in the view selector for quick access later.

This feature is especially useful if you frequently need to review a specific subset of Accounts.


Exporting the Report

To download your Account data:

  1. Click the Export button at the top right of the page.

  2. Choose your desired format (usually CSV or Excel).

  3. The file will download to your device for external use, analysis, or record keeping.


Key Columns Explained

Column

Description

Account Name

The name of the organization or business entity.

Account Owner

The Event Temple user assigned to manage this Account.

Primary Contact

The main contact person associated with the Account.

Account Type

Classification such as Corporate, Wedding, or SMERF.

Market Segment

The market category the Account belongs to (e.g., Retail, Tourism).

Created At

The date the Account was added to Event Temple.

💡 Use Saved Views to create consistent reporting templates for different departments or team members.
💡 Export regularly to back up key Account data or share it with management teams.
💡 Filter by Owner to review performance or workload distribution across your team.
