Answer:
Archiving a space will prevent it from being selected on future Bookings and it will no longer appear in the Event Diary.
Archive a Space
To archive a Space click on the Archive button, to see all Spaces including spaces that have been archived select the "Show Archived" check box.
Delete a Space
Click the Trash Icon to delete a Space. You will be asked to confirm your request prior to the Space being deleted. Please note, that you will not be able to delete a Space if it has Events Booked. You will need to move the Events to another Space, or Archive the Space instead.
