This error happens when you try to remove the start/end dates from a Booking without first selecting the "All day" option.
To remove the date from a Booking:
In the Booking Pipeline or Booking List, click on the Booking you would like to edit
In the Booking Summary, below the Booking title, click on the dates
Click the "All day" checkbox if it's not already checked
Click on the Start Date
Click the red "Clear" button
Click on the End Date
Click the red "Clear" button
Click Save
