Don't be fooled by the word' Event' 🤓. Due to database technicalities, this is actually referring to the Booking Name.

Intake Forms must create a Booking Name at the time of being submitted, or else this notification will appear.

You must ensure an appropriate Input Field is added to your Intake Form in order to avoid this error. There are three options:

1. By having an input field for Booking Name within the Intake Form - whatever the guest types into this field will be used.

2. By having an input field for Contact First Name and/or Contact Last Name. A Booking name will automatically generate based on these fields

3. By having an input field for Account Name. A Booking name will automatically generate based on this field
