Option 1: From the Documents List (Dropdown Arrow)
Go to Booking → Documents
Find the document in the list
Click the dropdown arrow at the end of the document row
Select Download PDF
The PDF will download to your computer
Option 2: From Inside the Document
Open the document from the Booking → Documents tab
Click the Actions button in the top-right corner
Select Download PDF
The file will download automatically
Option 3: From the Booking → Documents Tab (Same List Action)
Go to the Booking → Documents tab
Locate the document in the list
Click the dropdown arrow at the end of the document row
Click Download PDF
If the Download Fails
If the download times out or doesn’t work, it’s usually due to:
Low disk space on your computer
Free up storage space (your IT team can help if needed)Large image sizes in the document
Reduce image sizes before uploading. You can still adjust how they display using the Image Document Element afterward.
