Go to Documents
From the left-hand menu, click Documents.
Open a Document
Click on any document you want to adjust (for example, a proposal, BEO, or contract).
Click “Actions”
In the top right corner of the document screen, click the blue Actions button.
Select “Download as PDF”
From the dropdown menu, choose Download as PDF.
PDF Settings Window Opens
The PDF Settings window will appear (like in your screenshot).
Here you can:
Adjust Page Orientation (Portrait or Landscape)
Choose Page Size
Update Top, Bottom, Left, and Right Margins
Toggle options for Page Numbers and Date/Time
Save or Download
Once you’ve made changes, click Download to generate the updated PDF,
or Discard to exit without saving.
