Why Isn't my Document Template visible in my other Organization?
Answer:
Yes. You can use your Multi-Organization Document Template Settings to show the Document Templates Chain-Wide, or move them over to a different Organization within your chain.
Go to your Event Temple Settings by pressing the Settings button in your Navigation bar
Make sure you select your Chain using the Organization picklist at the top of your Event Temple Settings
Click on Templates & Files in your Settings Navigation bar
Press Document Templates
Select the Template you want to move from one Organization to another by pressing the Title of the Document Template
Click on the Action button at the top-right screen, and press Clone. You will be redirected to the Cloned Document
Next to Permission, click on the Organization: X, and select the Organization within the Chain you want this Document to be in OR choose Chain if you wish it to be available Chain-wide and click Save
