Can Workflow Emails Be Sent to Multiple People or to Myself?

Emails from Workflows or Automations can only go to the Primary Contact on a Booking. They cannot be sent to multiple recipients, internal users, or yourself unless you are the Primary Contact.

At this time, emails sent through a Workflow can only be delivered to the Primary Contact on the associated Booking.

It is not currently possible to:

  • Send workflow emails to multiple recipients

  • Send workflow emails to internal users

  • Send workflow emails to yourself (unless you are set as the Primary Contact on the Booking)
