If your signature generator is connected to your third-party email (Outlook/Gmail) and your personal email is connected to Event Temple then your third-party email signature will be used for the emails sent from Event Temple.

Please note, that you will need to avoid setting up/using an email signature in Event Temple as your third-party email signature will be added to your email by default.
