How Can I Apply Default Style Settings to my Emails?

You can define the default font and style for all emails sent from Event Temple. These settings ensure your organization maintains a consistent, professional look across all communication.

Update Email Styling

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Under Organization, click General Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the Email section.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Adjust your preferred options:

    • Font Family – choose your default typeface (e.g., Times New Roman).

    • Font Size – set the size in pixels (e.g., 14px).

    • Font Weight – select Normal or Bold.

    • Color – pick a color using the hex code (e.g., #100f0f).

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.


Important Notes πŸ’‘

  • This update applies only to new emails created after saving your changes. Existing Email Templates will not be updated automatically and must be edited manually.

  • The email styling is organization-wide β€” it cannot be customized for individual users.

  • Only Admin users can make these changes.
