You can easily create a form or questionnaire for your clients or guests to fill out using Document Templates in Event Temple. Various Document Elements allow you to collect the information you need efficiently.
Document Elements for Guest Input:
Input Text (Single & Multi-line): Collect names, addresses, or any custom text.
Picklist: Provide predefined options for guests to select.
Checklist: Let guests check off multiple items.
Initial & Signature: Capture approvals or signatures.
How to Add an Input Field:
Open your Document or Document Template in the builder.
Drag and drop the desired element (Input Text, Picklist, Checklist, Initial, or Signature) onto your document.
Edit the element details to specify the information you need (e.g., "How many guests will attend?" or "Partner's phone number").
Important Notes:
All client-submitted information is saved within the document. It does not automatically populate other areas in Event Temple, such as Custom Fields. You may need to copy/paste information if needed elsewhere.
Using Picklists, Checklists, and Input Text fields allows flexibility depending on the type of information you want to collect.
