Can I Batch Update Spaces on Events?

Step 1: Open the Booking

  1. Go to the Bookings tab.

  2. Click on the booking that contains the events you want to update.


Step 2: Go to the “Events” Tab

  1. In the booking, open the Events tab to view all linked events.

  2. You’ll see a list of event names, dates, spaces, and statuses.


Step 3: Select the Events to Update

  1. Use the checkboxes on the left side of the events list to select the events you want to modify.

  2. You can also click the top checkbox to select all events at once.


Step 4: Click “Batch Actions”

  1. At the top of the event list, click the Batch Actions button.

  2. From the dropdown, choose Update Events.


Step 5: Choose the Field to Update

  1. In the update window that appears, open the Field dropdown.

  2. Select Space from the list of available options.


Step 6: Assign the New Space

  1. Pick the new space you want to assign from the available options.

  2. Click Apply to update all selected events at once.


Step 7: Review Your Changes

After applying, verify that all the selected events now show the updated Space value and that there are no space conflicts.


Tip: Batch updating spaces is especially helpful when multiple events in the same booking are moving to a different room or venue space.
