Procedure:
When using the Room Block Document Element, you have the ability to choose whether to show single/double/triple/quad Blocks. Event Temple's system does not inherently differentiate between single and double rooms, requiring explicit definitions to accommodate such variations.
If there's a specific Room type/s not appearing, it may be due to there being a Block in place that has not been selected on the document element. This is because Event Temple treats all room configurations the same unless additional specifications are provided, such as creating a separate room type for double occupancy.
In the below example, the Hillside Room has blocks for Triple Occupancy
However, it is not appearing in the document:
This is because I have not selected Triple occupancy in my Document Element:
You will need to ensure Triple is also selected in the Room Block document element in order for it to appear. Alternatively, you can define a distinct room type for triple or double occupancy in your Room Block. Additionally, ensure the confirmation document content explicitly clarifies these details to align with the Reservations tab.
