Procedure:
Showing expected Room Revenue can be accomplished through Event Temple's Merge Field functionality. To add expected Room Revenue to your Documents, follow the steps:
Open the Document or Document Template that you wish to edit
Locate the text box you wish to display your room revenue information in
Edit the text box by double-clicking, or selecting the pencil Icon
In the text box editor, scroll to the top and find the Group Dropdown
Select Blocked Revenue (Pickup Revenue is also an option if you choose)
Click Apply at the top-right of the text box
When your Document edits are complete, click Save at the top-right of the Document
