Password reset links in Event Temple contain a one-time-use token that expires:
When you request a new password reset.
After successfully using the token to reset your password.
6 hours after the token is created.
Steps to Ensure Delivery:
Add notifications@eventtemple.com to your safe sender/whitelist.
Perform the password reset.
For Gmail users, if the email is flagged as potentially dangerous, verify it’s from notifications@eventtemple.com and click “Looks safe.” Refresh the page if links don’t appear.
Double-check that your email address is entered correctly to avoid typos.
