If you aren’t receiving automated emails (password resets, notifications, welcome emails, etc.):
Check your spam/junk folder, as email providers may block automated messages.
Add notifications@eventtemple.com to your safe sender/whitelist in your email settings.
Perform a password reset after whitelisting.
For Gmail users, if the email is flagged as potentially dangerous, verify it’s from notifications@eventtemple.com and click “Looks safe.” Refresh the page if links don’t appear correctly.
