Why Am I Not Receiving Password or Notification Emails from Event Temple

Troubleshoot missing Event Temple emails. Add notifications@eventtemple.com to your safe sender list, check spam folders, and verify flagged messages. Contact support if password resets or notifications still aren’t received.

If you aren’t receiving automated emails (password resets, notifications, welcome emails, etc.):

  1. Check your spam/junk folder, as email providers may block automated messages.

  2. Add notifications@eventtemple.com to your safe sender/whitelist in your email settings.

  3. Perform a password reset after whitelisting.

  4. For Gmail users, if the email is flagged as potentially dangerous, verify it’s from notifications@eventtemple.com and click “Looks safe.” Refresh the page if links don’t appear correctly.

  5. If emails still don’t arrive, please contact Event Temple Support for assistance.
