Answer:
Access an Invoice that has Menu Items that are a part of a Bundle or Package on it.
Scroll to Options, near the top-left the top of the Invoice
Check or Uncheck the boxes next to Group Bundled Items/Group Packaged Items
To display the Group Packaged Items option, the Invoice will have to be a Connected Invoice.
