What Happens When a Menu Item is Edited?

Menu Item edits apply to new Bookings/Events/Invoices only. Existing ones stay unchanged. Same goes for archived or deleted items.

When you edit a Menu Item in your Settings, the changes only apply to new instances of that item added to future Bookings, Events, or Invoices.
Menu Items that were already added before the edit will not be updated.

The same applies if you archive or delete a Menu Item—it won’t be removed or changed on existing Bookings, Events, or Invoices. It simply won’t be available for new ones.
