Objective:
Include Event fields on my Documents
Pull in the total guests expected for an Event into a Document
Environment:
Event Temple Web App

Procedure:
Open the Document you wish to create or edit
Add a Text Box Element to your Document
Scroll to the area of your text box you would like to pull in the guest count number
Click the "Event" merge field dropdown at the top of the text box
Select either "expected" or "guaranteed" from the list
