Objective:
Pull Notes form my Groups into a Document I am creating
Use Merge Fields for Document creation
Environment:
Event Temple Web App

Procedure:
Open the Document you wish to edit / create
Add a Text Box (or double-click an existing one to edit it)
Select Group from the merge field dropdown at the top of the Text Edit screen
Select the appropriate Notes field you wish to add (Food Beverage Note, Front Desk Note, Reservation Note, etc.)
Click Apply
