Answer:

When adding an Image to an email signature, the HTML code used for the size is style="width: 150px; (the number is the size, and may be different for you)

However, the 'style' isn't always respected by all email providers. You may find that in some emails, it is sending with the image larger than expected.

You can change this code to width="150" style="display: in your email signature to be a set size. Go to your email settings:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on Personal

  3. Click on Email Settings

  4. Click on the Email Signature tab

  5. Click on </> (the Code View icon)

  6. Replace style="width: 150px; with width="150" style="display:

    1. Optional Click </> to preview the signature & image size

    2. Toggle between code view & preview until you get the size you like

  7. Click Save

Note; 150 is the size, this can be changed to any number to increase/decrease the size of the image.
