🧭 Building and Saving Custom Views
You can create and save custom views in most tables and reports.
Steps to Create a Custom View
Add Filters to narrow your dataset.
Modify Columns to display the information you need.
Once you’ve configured your view, click the Save View button (top right corner).
Choose whether to Save Changes to Current View or Create a New View.
Click Next → Save.
💡 Use saved views to quickly access filtered data—perfect for recurring reports or personal workflows.
🧩 Batch Actions
When viewing lists (e.g. Documents, Events), each item includes a checkbox.
Select multiple items to perform bulk updates.
Available actions vary depending on the list type (e.g. cloning, reassigning, or deleting items).
