The Top Key Account report lists all your top Accounts by their revenue generated from volume rates. This report displays the Key Account/LNR rooms tracked by date range. The result will display the total sum revenue of those accounts.
The report displays the account name, market segment, total room nights, and total revenue. Your team can use the information to manage top-producing LNR accounts. Tracking the Key Accounts will allow you to identify underperforming organizations. With this information, your sales team will have the opportunity to renegotiate the LNR agreement, to drive business.
How to Use the Top Key Account Report
Click on Report in the side navigation
Click on Top Key Accounts
Filter: Date
Filter: Market Segment, if applies
Export to CVS (Excel), HTML, or PDF format
Click download file
Important Considerations
Only accounts labeled as "Key Accounts" will appear in this report (learn about Key Accounts)
Only accounts with tracking records in the date range will be displayed.
