Contact List Report

Updated this week

The Contacts Report provides a detailed list of all Contacts stored in your Event Temple account. It’s designed to help you manage and analyze your contact database — including leads, clients, and partners — with flexible filtering, sorting, and export options.

Overview

This report displays one row per Contact, showing key details such as:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Job Title

  • Account (the company or organization the Contact is associated with)

  • Phone Number

  • Created By (the user who added the Contact)

  • Created At (the date the Contact was created)

  • Bookings Count (the number of Bookings linked to the Contact)

Each column can be shown, hidden, or rearranged from the Columns menu.

Available Filters

You can add one or multiple filters to narrow your search results.
The following filters are available:

Filter

Created At

Updated At

Filter by the last modified date.

Country

Filter by the Contact’s country.

City

Filter by the Contact’s city.

💡 Example use cases:

  • To find all new Contacts added this month by a specific user → use Created At = This Month and Created By = [User]

  • To see all Contacts located in Calgary → use City = Calgary

  • To find Contacts synced from your PMS → use Sync Status = Synced

Sorting

Click on a column header (like Name, Created At, or Bookings Count) to sort results in ascending or descending order.
Sorting helps quickly surface newest Contacts, top accounts, or alphabetized lists.

Customizing Columns

Click the Columns button to adjust which data is visible in your report.
You can add or remove columns such as Job Title, Phone Number, or Bookings Count depending on your reporting needs.

💡 Example: If you’re preparing a marketing export, you might only show Name, Email, Account, and City.

Saving a View

Once you’ve configured your preferred filters, sorting, and columns, click Save View to keep it for future use.
This is especially useful if you routinely export the same contact lists (e.g., “Corporate Clients” or “Leads Created This Quarter”).

Exporting

Click Export As… to download your filtered report in .CSV format.
Exports respect the filters and columns you’ve applied on-screen.
