1. Accessing Pipelines

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Pipelines.

  2. From here, you can view all pipelines available in your organization. Each pipeline represents a specific workflow (e.g., Corporate Events, Weddings, or Meetings).

2. Creating or Editing a Pipeline

  • Click + New Pipeline to create a new one.

  • Enter a pipeline name (e.g., "Wedding Sales Pipeline").

  • To edit an existing pipeline, select it from the dropdown list and click Edit Pipeline Name.

You can also use the Clone Pipeline option to copy an existing setup and make quick adjustments without starting from scratch.

3. Adding, Editing, or Deleting Stages

Each pipeline is made up of stages that represent steps in your sales process β€” such as Inquiry, Proposal Sent, Contract Signed, and Confirmed.

  • Add a Stage: Click Add Stage to Pipeline, name the stage, and save it.

  • Edit a Stage: Click on the stage name to rename or modify it.

  • Delete a Stage: Select the trash or delete icon beside the stage to remove it.

4. Reordering Stages

To adjust the order of stages:

  1. Click and hold a stage name.

  2. Drag and drop it to the desired position.
The order determines the logical flow of your bookings or leads within that pipeline.

5. Setting a Default Pipeline

If your organization uses multiple pipelines, you can set one as the default.

  • Go to Settings β†’ Pipelines.

  • Select the pipeline you want as default.

  • Mark it as the default pipeline to ensure new bookings are automatically assigned to it.

This saves time and ensures consistency when creating new events or leads.

6. Linking Intake Forms to Pipelines

To ensure leads flow into the correct stage automatically:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Intake Forms.

  2. Select the intake form you want to modify.

  3. Under Pipeline Stage, choose the pipeline and specific stage where leads should enter.

  4. Save your changes.

This ensures that online inquiries and submissions are instantly organized within the right sales process.

7. Best Practices

  • Use descriptive stage names (e.g., Proposal Sent, Follow-up, Closed Won) for clarity.

  • Regularly review and clean up pipelines to remove outdated stages.

  • Align your intake forms with the appropriate pipelines to streamline automation.

  • Monitor conversions by tracking how leads move through each stage.
