Procedure:
Within Invoice Settings, it's possible to change the Title Component Label.
Go To Settings
Click on Organization
Click on Invoice Settings
Under Customize Component Labels, locate Title
Enter the required text (eg Tax Invoice, Quote)
Click Save
All Invoices, past & present will now have the Title shown:
