Procedure:

Please note: all invoices are hard-coded into Event Temple and it is not possible to change the Templates (in the same way you can with Documents.) However, the steps below will outline how to make changes to the various InvoiceSettings to customize them to your liking.

To make these changes, you will need to be an Administrator on the account. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please consult your Admin.

Access Invoice Settings

To make these changes, you will need to access the Invoice Settings by following these steps:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Select Organization drop-down

  3. Select Invoice Settings

Edit Invoice Default Settings

  1. Change the prefix of your Invoices by changing the Text in the Invoice Numbering Prefix box.

  2. Select the details you would like to include at the top of you Invoice by checking/unchecking boxes under Include the following event details near the top of invoices

  3. Select if you would like to showcase Serving Time or Revenue Categories automatically by checkin/unchecking the boxes under Default column visibility

  4. Use the rich text editor to design the text you would like to appear under the Invoice Terms section of your invoice

  5. Change the wording of Invoice components to reflect your design desires by adding text to the Label boxes under Customize Component Labels

  6. When finished, click Save at the bottom of the screen
