Managing Notification Emails for Intake Forms

Learn how to set and manage who receives notifications from Intake Forms, including adding multiple users and configuring submission alerts for Bookings, Documents, and payments.

You can control who receives notifications when a guest submits an Intake Form, including sending emails to multiple users.

To update the primary assignee:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Tools β†’ Intake Forms.

  2. Hover over the form name and click Edit.

  3. Open the Submit Settings sub-tab.

  4. Select the user from the Assignee dropdown.

  5. Click Save.

To notify additional users:

  • Click +Add Notification Email and enter extra email addresses.



Notes:

  • For forms integrated via Zapier, edit the "Booking User" field in your Zap.

  • As a workaround, email providers can forward notifications to multiple users if needed.
