You can control who receives notifications when a guest submits an Intake Form, including sending emails to multiple users.

To update the primary assignee:
Go to Settings β Tools β Intake Forms.
Hover over the form name and click Edit.
Open the Submit Settings sub-tab.
Select the user from the Assignee dropdown.
Click Save.
To notify additional users:
Click +Add Notification Email and enter extra email addresses.
Notes:
For forms integrated via Zapier, edit the "Booking User" field in your Zap.
As a workaround, email providers can forward notifications to multiple users if needed.
