You can share Intake Forms with guests via a link or embed them on your website.
To share a form link:
Go to Settings → Intake Forms.
Click the name of the Intake Form you want to share.
Click Preview which will open a pop-up window and click Copy the URL Link.
Send the link via email, proposal, or message.
To embed on your website:
In the Embed tab, copy the form’s embed code (commonly
iframe).Paste it into your website’s HTML or CMS editor where you want the form to appear.
Save and test to ensure the form loads and submissions work.
Notes:
Guests do not need an Event Temple login to submit forms.
Submitted forms automatically create or update linked Contacts, Accounts, or Bookings.
Check with your web designer if you’re unsure which embed code works best for your site.
Ensure the form is Active (toggle switch at top right).
