Procedure:

A Travel Agent is a type of Account. This can be added from the Account Page or to an existing Booking.

Option 1. Add a New Travel Agent From the Account Page

  1. Click on Accounts

  2. Click on New Account

  3. Select Is Travel Agent

  4. Enter the Travel Agent Information

  5. Click Save

Option 2. Add A New Travel Agent to a Booking

  1. Locate the required Booking

  2. Click on Add Travel Agent

  3. Select Add New Travel Agent

  4. Select Is Travel Agent

  5. Enter the Travel Agent Information

  6. Click Save

Add an Existing Travel Agent to a Booking

  1. Locate the required Booking

  2. Click on Add Travel Agent

  3. Select Link Existing Travel Agent

  4. Select the relevant Travel Agent

  5. Enter the Travel Agent Information

  6. Click Save

Additional Information:

  • A Booking can have both a Travel Agent and Account attached.

  • Travel Agents can be reported on separately to Accounts by using the Filter "Travel Agent"

  • The "Travel Agent" Filter is only available on the Account page to show only the Accounts that are marked as a Travel Agent.
