Browser Issues
Vendor signatures require the user to be logged into Event Temple.
Signing may fail if the document is opened in a different browser than your ET login (e.g., document in Firefox but logged into ET in Chrome).
For clients signing in person, use a browser not logged into ET or Incognito mode.
User Error / Missing Steps
Clients may miss entering required info (name, date, signature).
Ensure they follow all steps and that signature boxes are formatted correctly.
