Yes, you can! The option to move a booking is available from:
The Bookings list (in the individual organization or multi-organization dashboard)
Booking Pipeline
The actions dropdown when viewing an individual Booking
This action is ONLY available if:
You are a chain admin
Your chain has “Global Accounts” enabled
When moving a Booking, the fields you are required to fill out depending on what is on the Booking. They can be up to:
User (always)
Pipeline Stage (always)
Room Type mappings (only if there is a Group on the booking)
Tax mappings (only if there are Menu Items with taxes on the Booking). These must be identical.
You will not be able to move a Booking if it has any of the following:
invoices
payments
packages
documents
workflows
automations
any records synced with the PMS
repeating behaviour setup
Additional Information
Emails from the original Booking will not be moved but they will stay associated with the relevant Contact in the original Organization.
