How Can I Change my Booking to a Different Pipeline?

Procedure:

A booking can be moved to a different pipeline from the Booking Pipeline, from the Bookings List page, or from the individual Booking Summary page.

From the Booking Summary Page

  1. Click on the Pipeline Name/Pipeline Stage below the Pipeline diagram

  2. Select the New Stage dropdown

  3. Click on the Stage in the Pipeline you wish to move it to

  4. Click Submit

From the Bookings Pipeline

  1. Find the Booking in your List

  2. Click on the checkbox on the left-hand side of the Booking Line Item(s) you wish to move

  3. Select Change Stage from the actions dropdown that appears at the top of the pipeline

  4. Click Apply

  5. Select the New Stage dropdown

  6. Click on the Stage in the Pipeline you wish to move it to

  7. Click Submit

From the Bookings List

  1. Find the Booking in your Pipeline

  2. Click on the checkbox on the left-hand side of the Booking card(s) you wish to move

  3. Select Change Stage from the actions dropdown that appears at the top of the pipeline

  4. Click Apply

  5. Select the New Stage dropdown

  6. Click on the Stage in the Pipeline you wish to move it to

  7. Click Submit
