By default, the text that appears in the email body when sharing a Document or Invoice cannot be edited directly. However, you can customize the wording using an Email Template.

Create or edit an Email Template.
Include merge fields to automatically populate links:
For a Document link:
Document > Html Url
For an Invoice link:
Invoice > Html Url
Apply this template when sharing your Document or Invoice to automatically use your custom wording.
Using templates saves time and ensures consistent messaging when sending multiple Documents or Invoices.
