You can add a Document Link to an Email Template by using the merge field for “HTML URL.” When the template is selected, it will populate the Associations (documents, invoices and events) related to the Booking. Select the appropriate document which will then be applied to the merge field in the template.
Important: The document must be created within a Booking to be attached via the HTML URL. You cannot send document templates that haven’t been generated through a Booking.
