When editing an Email Template, you can add the merge field for "Html Url" (see below):
When you use the template to share a Document it will pre-populate the Document Link.
Important! A Document must be created within a Booking for it to be attached to the Email Template using the HTML URL. You are unable to send Document Templates that have not been generated via a Booking.
