Objective:
Update the wording used when sharing a Document or invoice

Answer:
It is not possible to change the wording that defaults in the email body field when sharing a Document/Invoice (Steps to share can be found here.)
You can, however apply an Email Template to quickly change the wording that populates. First, ensure that you have followed these steps to create a Template.
Use the following merge fields to craft your templates:
Document > Html Url
Invoice > Html Url
These merge fields will be replaced with the document or invoice links.
Once you have clicked the Share button, apply your template:
Click on the Select a Template dropdown
Select the template you wish to populate
Review your email content
You will need to relink your Document, by:
Click into the body of the email, find the position you would like to link the Document/Invoice
Click the Documents Link / Invoice Links button a the bottom of your email body
Find the appropriate Document/Invoice from the list in the pop-up
Click the Insert Document Link / Insert Invoice Link button
