Can I link an Invoice with a Document?
Procedure:
It's possible to link multiple Documents and/or Invoices into an email. You also have the option to link an Invoice to a Document. Both options are outlined below.
Attach Invoice and Document Links in an email
When creating an email, Once you are ready to link your Document and Invoice, click the Invoice Links button a the bottom of your email body
Find the appropriate Invoice from the list in the pop-up
Click the Invoice Link button
When ready, click Send
Note: If you'd like to add multiple Invoices, simply click the Invoice Links button again and select another item. To link Documents click the Documents Links button instead.
Attach an Invoice to a Document
This option allows you to use one URL to share a Document & Invoice with a guest.
Within the Document
Click Attach Invoice to this Document
Select the relevant Invoice
Note: Only one invoice can be attached to one Document.
Using this option will nest the attached Invoice to a separate tab on the same Document URL you share with the guest.
