Answer:
There are 5 default Revenue Groups that cannot be changed. These are:
Food
Beverage
AV
Miscellaneous
Room Rental
Even though you are unable to adjust the Revenue Groups, you are able to add and adjust as many Revenue Categories as you would like. These are a subset of Revenue Groups and allow for multi-layered reporting.
Revenue Groups do not have merge field capabilities.
